Use of the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase on our Site. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site.
Products and Pricing
We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
Many of our products are handmade and/or personalized, and slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are a natural part of handcrafted items and are not considered defects.
Personalized and Custom Orders
For products that include personalization (such as custom names, photos, or engravings), you are responsible for reviewing and confirming the accuracy of all information provided at checkout, including spelling and image quality. CelebrateSZN is not responsible for errors in personalization caused by information submitted incorrectly by the customer.
Orders and Payment
We accept payment via Stripe, including major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. By placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, with shipping taking an additional 3–7 business days within the United States. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed; CelebrateSZN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Items
Personalized and custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except as described below.
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@celebrateszn.partyinink.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will replace damaged items at no additional cost to you.
Non-personalized items may be eligible for return; please contact us for details specific to your order.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Party In Ink, LLC dba CelebrateSZN or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CelebrateSZN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
