Processing Time

Most orders are handcrafted and/or personalized just for you. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to get your gift to you in time to celebrate.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location within the United States.

Estimated total time from order to delivery: 5–10 business days.

At this time, CelebrateSZN ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your gift’s journey to your door.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@celebrateszn.partyinink.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll make it right by replacing the item at no additional cost to you.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out to us so we can help.

Personalized Items

Because many of our products are made to order with custom names, photos, or engravings, please double-check all personalization details at checkout. Once production begins, we’re unable to make changes to personalized orders.
